Steel grade: P110H
It has strong resistance to thermal strain and good ductility and toughness. During steam injection and withdrawal operations, the elevation of the wellhead is minimal, making it suitable for multiple rounds of high-temperature withdrawal operations. This can increase the lifespan of the tubing in thermal production wells.
The P110 steel grade has a yield strength of 780 to 1000 MPa. It resists high-temperature softening and does not easily undergo plastic deformation.
It has a low thermal expansion coefficient and minimal thermal expansion/contraction stress. At high temperatures, it exhibits a low creep rate, ensuring no deformation or reduction in diameter during long-term steam injection.
Good elongation rate and impact toughness; excellent resistance to thermal cyclic loads and strain-fatigue performance.
Contains alloying elements such as Cr, is resistant to CO₂/H₂S corrosion, and is suitable for multi-phase thermal chemical stimulation. Equipped with specialized high-temperature threads/coupling and high-pressure steam seals to prevent leaks.
This helps prevent tube buckling, constriction, and fracture under high temperatures, thereby extending the lifespan of the wellbore’s integrity.
Low expansion + high sealing, reduces steam leakage and heat loss, improves dryness at the bottom of the well and enhances steam injection efficiency.
