Electroplating Services

Electroplating Services

We provide services such as chromium electroplating, nickel-carbon composite plating, polishing, and deep-hole honing. Relying on our comprehensive equipment capacity and mature processes, we ensure order delivery and product quality.

    Chromium Electroplating

Currently, it is possible to directly perform chromium plating on the inner surface of metal pipe fittings with an inner diameter ranging from ⌀28mm to ⌀146mm (with a design processing capability up to ⌀300mm) and a length not exceeding 11.5m. The base materials include carbon steel, alloy steel, copper, etc. The processed coating exhibits high hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.

    Nickel-carbon Composite Plating

Equipped with a nickel-carbon composite plating production line, we are capable of performing internal and external nickel-carbon composite plating on workpieces with an outer diameter not exceeding Φ120mm, an inner hole larger than Φ32mm, and a length less than 12m. The plating layer has a hardness of ≥500HV100, is dense and free of cracks, and combines high hardness, self-lubrication, and strong corrosion resistance.

    Outer Circle Polishing

It is capable of polishing the surface of elongated shaft-type workpieces with a diameter less than Φ120mm and a length less than 9.5m. The roughness after polishing can reach Ra 0.2~0.4μm.

    Deep Hole Honing

It is capable of honing the surface of elongated internal hole components with an inner diameter ranging from ø28 to ø146mm and a length not exceeding 11.5m. After fine machining, the surface roughness reaches Ra 0.15 to 0.4μm.

    Straightening

Provide straightening processing services after precision rolling to improve the straightness of the workpiece.

    Heat Treatment

Equipped with a box-type heat treatment furnace, with an internal chamber measuring 15m in length, 1.5m in width, and 1.5m in height, it is capable of performing heat treatment on workpieces, meeting the needs of multiple finishing processes and adjusting the hardness of nickel-carbon composite coatings.
