    Coal-Rock Gas Hydraulic-Pump Production-Drainage System

    Specially adapted for deep coal-rock gas production at burial depths of 2500 m and above, the system drives downhole pumps hydraulically. It can rapidly and efficiently remove wellbore accumulated fluid, formation water and sand-bearing fluids, fundamentally addressing key production pain points of deep wells such as string eccentric wear, downhole corrosion and scaling, and coal-powder blockage. Equipped with an integrated intelligent control system, it enables real-time monitoring of production parameters, remote intelligent adjustment and early warning of equipment faults, realizing unattended continuous production-drainage at well sites. It serves as the core primary equipment for efficient development of deep unconventional oil and gas resources.

    Pumping-Unit Production-Drainage System

    Highland Long-Stroke Belt Pumping Units feature long-stroke and low-stroke-rate operating characteristics, which are well-suited for unconventional oil and gas production conditions. The equipment delivers simple operation, convenient routine maintenance and outstanding safety performance.The 00Cr12 corrosion-resistant sucker rod exhibits excellent anti-corrosion performance against carbon dioxide, chloride ions and high-salinity well fluids, effectively extending pump inspection cycles and reducing downhole fishing incidents caused by corrosion-induced fracture.Special pumps including corrosion-resistant oil pumps and sand-control pumps can effectively tackle downhole challenges such as corrosion and sand production.

    Electric Submersible Progressing Cavity Pump (ESPCP) Production-Drainage System

    An efficient rod-less downhole production equipment adopting the core technology of permanent-magnet synchronous motor direct drive, it delivers high output torque with low energy consumption. Equipped with a supporting intelligent variable-frequency control system, it features automatic protection against overload and underload as well as adaptive adjustment for downhole operating conditions. It completely eliminates rod-tube mutual wear.     Progressing Cavity Pump (PCP) Production-Drainage System

    Featuring well-rationalized structural design and stable power transmission, the system delivers high fluid-lifting efficiency with broad application scope. It satisfies production-drainage requirements for well depths up to 2000 m. When integrated with an intelligent control system, it ensures stable production operation with low operation-maintenance costs, and is suitable for medium-shallow unconventional oil and gas production scenarios.
