Capable of cutting any contour (including irregular shapes and hole groups) with high efficiency. Also equipped with multiple sawing machines, capable of providing cut-to-length processing for various types of profiles and bars, with fast speed and precise dimensions.
Equipped with a large-scale production facility, ample operational space, and comprehensive lifting equipment, we offer one-stop processing services for large components. We are capable of welding and processing large structural parts such as the entire drill frame, drill base, derrick, and oil pumping unit housing. Leveraging mature processes and tooling, we ensure the welding strength and overall dimensions of the components.
Equipped with a robotic welding workstation and two 3 m × 8 m large welding fixture platforms, it can perform continuous automated welding of various workpieces. It is also equipped with multiple sets of submerged arc welding machines and gas shielded welding machines, enabling welding operations for various steel sections and equipment components.
