RWA Sucker Rod Pump

The RWA is an insert-type sucker rod pump that complies with API Spec 11AX. Featuring a thin-walled stationary barrel and a top-supported structure, its internal thread connection minimizes couplings and maximizes the internal drift diameter. Equipped with top and bottom valve assemblies and a precision plunger, the pump ensures tight sealing clearances and minimal fluid leakage. It can be retrieved and installed along with the sucker rods, allowing for maintenance without the need to pull the tubing. Ideal for medium-to-shallow wells with low sand content, the RWA offers easy installation, stable operation, and efficient maintenance. Highly versatile, it suits most conventional production scenarios. With fewer wear parts and straightforward upkeep, it is perfect for large-scale deployment in standard oil wells. Both procurement and operational costs are lower than those of comparable thick-walled pumps, making it a highly cost-effective choice for conventional well lifting.

    Features

Compliant with API specifications, this pump is designed for shallow to medium-depth wells (approximately 1,500 meters). Its thin-walled design with internal threading maximizes the bore diameter within specified tubing sizes. The top-anchored design prevents sand accumulation around the barrel. The RW series offers excellent economic value with a relatively low cost.

    High-Flow Fixed Thin-Wall Barrel

The pump barrel is lightweight and features a large internal drift diameter. Machined to API standards, its smooth, burr-free inner wall minimizes friction during plunger travel, significantly improving lifting efficiency.

    Top-Anchored Design Prevents Sand Sticking

Fluid diversion occurs above the seating nipple, eliminating sand buildup around the pump barrel and effectively preventing the pump from sticking in sandy conditions.

    Modular and Universal Structure

Core components—including the barrel, plunger, and sealing assembly—are highly interchangeable with other rod pumps of the same specification, significantly reducing maintenance and replacement costs. The lightweight design eliminates redundant reinforcements for outstanding cost-effectiveness. Its simple, reliable sealing structure minimizes gas lock issues, making it ideal for large-scale deployment in conventional medium and shallow wells. Assembly, commissioning, and maintenance are highly straightforward.

    Advantages

    • Lightweight Structural Design

The top-anchored, thin-walled barrel features a lightweight design that simplifies running and pulling operations. Ideal for high-volume lifting in medium and shallow wells, it accelerates the recovery rate of individual wells.

    • High Operational Efficiency

Featuring a quick-install top anchoring system, it ensures rapid setting and precise positioning. Pump inspection can be performed without the need for special tools, significantly boosting downhole operation efficiency.

    • Superior Stability

The anti-vortex flow guiding structure at the inlet and outlet minimizes fluid energy loss and prevents gas accumulation and gas lock, ensuring smooth and stable lifting in conventional oil wells.

    • Simple Design with Low Failure Rate

Its streamlined structure and minimal components result in a low failure rate. The durable sealing elements are built for consistent daily production, meeting industry standards for service life under conventional operating conditions.

    Why Us

    High Operational Efficiency

Featuring a quick-install top anchoring structure, it ensures precise setting and positioning. Pump inspection requires no special tools, which significantly boosts operational efficiency and minimizes well downtime.

    Stable Performance for Continuous Operation

The thin-walled barrel with a large bore design ensures consistent flow rates. It meets the high-volume lifting demands of medium and shallow wells, accelerating single-well recovery rates and boosting overall production capacity.

    Cost-Effective Structural Design

The thin-walled barrel features an internal thread connection design. This reduces the number of required couplings and effectively lowers field service costs.
