    Features

    The rig's core structure features the crown block, derrick, substructure, and drawworks. The derrick's main components are hot-dip galvanized to maximize corrosion resistance. Designed specifically for offshore platforms, this rig reliably meets the demanding requirements of marine drilling operations.

    Automatic Lubrication for Crown Block Sheaves

    The crown block consists of the platform, sheave assemblies, and accessories. Each sheave bearing has an independent lubrication channel, and all points are centralized on the platform for easy access. A centralized automatic lubrication system is also included to streamline maintenance and servicing.

    Bottleneck-Type Tower Derrick

    The rig utilizes a bottleneck-type tower derrick with a detachable, bolted, enclosed steel structure and a square cross-section. This configuration provides exceptional stability, safety, and reliability.

    High-Power Single-Shaft Drawworks

    Featuring AC variable-frequency control, this single-shaft gear-driven drawworks consists of AC motors, a gearbox, hydraulic disc brakes, a drum shaft, and an automatic driller. The system employs motor regenerative braking as the primary brake and a hydraulic disc brake as the auxiliary brake.

    Fully Enclosed Substructure

    The rig floor includes a drainage system to prevent the buildup of mud, oil, and sewage. The substructure bottom is fully enclosed and features a waste liquid recovery system to meet strict environmental requirements.
