I.Drilling Equipments

1.Drilling Rig: Highland Company Drilling Rig Plant has advanced key facilities and assembly workshops for manufacturing rigs and it has enough test sites for assembling 12 sets of large scale drilling rigs at the same time，5 series (ZJ20~ZJ70, including 18 types) of drilling rigs have been developed and manufactured. These developed and manufactured products consist of mechanical drive, DC driven, AC VF drive and Electromechnical drilling rigs, which can handle the well with depth of 1500- 7000m in most of the large oilfields both at home and overseas.
2.Electric Control Equipment: AC & DC speed control system for drilling rig; Standardized electric circuit at well site; Data acquisition for well drilling automation; Closed-circuit monitoring system for well site; Factory automation control system.
3.Mud Pumps: Mud pumps mainly include three models HL3ZB-1600, HL3ZB-1300, HL3ZB-1000, which are triplex single acting piston pumps and have advanced structure, good serviceability and easy maintenance.
4.Downhole Screw Motor: Downhole screw motor products have 14 kinds of ranges from Φ60 to 244mm with high pulling torque and long service life. They can meet the requirements of drilling straight well, direction well and horizontal well and workover.

II. Tubular Goods

1.Precise Hot Rolled Seamless Steel Tube: A advanced precise hot rolling production line-ARCCU ROLL is established which can produces all kinds of tubular goods like casing, tubing, drill pipe, casing coupling, delivery pipes, fluid pipes and so on with the range from 2 3/8~7”.
2.Precise Cold Rolled Tube: Precise cold rolled tube is widely used in petroleum machinery equipment like pump barrel, plunger, pump shell and so on, air conditioning heat exchangers, hydraulic prop for engineering machinery，drive axle of motor vehicle, hydraulic cylinder, air driven cylinder, conveyor roller, and other transportation equipment in textile, glass and other related fields.
3.Drill Pipe, Casing and Tubing: Two advanced tubing and casing thermal treatment production lines, pipe end thickening unit and complete detection devices are applied to produce N80, L80, P110 and Q125 high grade steel tubing/casing of Φ2⅜”～Φ13⅜” and G105 and S135 drill pipe of 3”~5”.Seven advanced production lines have been established in tubing and casing processing workshops to process tubing, casing, coupling and sieve tube with the size of Φ2⅜”~Φ20” and grade of J55, K55, N80, L80, P110 and Q125. Special tubes for viscous crude oil production, gas-tight screw and anti-H2S use and small casing for lateral well use can also be processed.High FRP pipe and reinforced compound pipe is chiefly used in surface delivery line of petroleum, heating pipes, sewage treatment, water injection wells, corrosion proof well taken the place of steel tube and parts of stainless steel tube, especially in corrosive medium.
4.Oil&Gas Transportation Pipe: Company has five production lines, can produce Helical SAW pipe with the O.D. of 219mm~2200mm, and with the wall thickness up to 20mm, and grade up to X80 (L555).

III. PRODUCTION EQUIPMENTS

1.Rotaflex Pumping Unit: Rotaflex Pumping Unit is a joint venture (Highland Company and American Company-Weatherford) product. It is a belt-driven completely mechanical pumping unit. As a unique engineering breakthrough, it is especially suitable for producing high volume fluid in deep wells with rod pump and heavy oil recovery. It has seven models of products with the suspension center load from 5 t to 23 t and proved that the pump unit with the international advanced level combines the advantages of high efficiency, reliability and energy saving.
2.Conventional Pumping Unit: Conventional pumping units have advanced feature as follow: rational structure, convenient operation, smooth work, and safety and reliability, which can been suited for all kinds of weather conditions and different sites.
3.PC Pump: PC Pump (Progressive Cavity Pump) includes three kinds: surface drive PC pump, electric submersible PC pump and surface multiphase PC pump, which includes more than 40 models and daily delivery capacity arranges from 2 to 350 m3. Surface drive device has 5 models such as VED, high rotary speed type, electrical vertical motor direct-drive type and so on.
4.Defueling Pump: The current products include more than 10 series (over 100 models)integral cylinder oil pumps, suspended pump, and sand control pump, etc. Other Special Pump can be developed for the customers.
5.Steel Continuous Sucker Rod: Continuous sucker rod is not-jointed and made of high quality alloy steel with advanced technology, which is divided into two classes: common continuous sucker rod and corrosion resistant continuous sucker rod. It has the features of high strength, good flexibility and solderability so that it can significantly decrease the failure frequency of sucker rod and the attrition rate with the tubing.
6.General Sucker Rod: It has three grades: Grade C sucker rod, Grade D sucker rode and Grade H sucker rod of ultra high strength. Hollow sucker rod, anti-corrosion, anti-eccentric wear rod and high antirotation sucker rod can meet the special requirements in petroleum engineering on the basis of general sucker rod.

1.Well Drilling:Professional drilling crew with 12 sets of drilling rigs with drilling depth 2000-7000m can provides services like petroleum drilling, window and sidetracking drilling, and workover, etc.
2.Continuous Sucker Rod Operation: Shegli Highland continuous sucker rod service company founded in 2001 is unique specialized in continuous sucker rod production and work service. At present, we have tens of different special operation equipments for steel continuous sucker rod which is not only quick speed but also decline noticeably labor intensity and increase well output. Customers extend all over Shengli oilfield as well as CNOOC. Continuous sucker rod direct-driving PC Pump, the world’s leading new technology, has been popularized and applied in the offshore oilfields.
3.Coiled tubing unit and operation: technics have the world advanced level and serve for all of huge domestic oilfield especial in micro well perforation SAGD which is domestic original creation.
4.Parts Machining: More than 300 sets of machining centers and cold and hot working equipments ensure the capacity of processing and manufacturing medium/large scale mechanical equipments with perfect inspective system and sound after-sale service.

Polyacrylamide:Several types of products are indispensable for tertiary oil recovery, which meet the requirements of different strata.
